a gem by the bridge

great location friendly staff fresh orange reasonable prices

the hotel had great location near charles bridge. the staff was friendly at arrival and helped with main attractions locations. breakfast included prosecco and fresh orange machine, its spot on. the room include reasonable mini bar prices.

the annex rooms are in a different building, its opposite the hotel.

cozy room clean room specially made coffee

The location is just amazing. It sits right near the charles bridge. our classic double or twin room was so cozy and clean. the breakfast buffet included everything i could wish for. The coffee was specially made.

The secondary building requires a short walk down the street. That was a bit inconvenient.

Really good Service and Central Location

friendly staff central location airport transfer thoughtful extras

The staff welcomed me warmly even with a very late check-in. They communicated fluently in english. The hotel provided airport transfer, made my journey seamless. I also found thoughtful extras in my room, including a tea and coffee machine, chocolates, and toiletries.

The floor in the room had a carpet, and i would have preferred a non-carpeted surface.

unstocked minibar slow elevator

I did encounter a couple of issues . The minibar in my room was not properly stocked. It lacked some of the basic beverages I expected and this was an issue. the elevator was a bit slow and seemed to struggle at times. This caused some minor delays when I was trying to get to and from my room. It was a bit frustrating at times.

A Generally Good Stay

central location spacious room separate building awkward room

The location was superb , right next to the Charles Bridge. My room was also very spacious. it had air conditioning. I appreciated the good breakfast and the associated restaurant , which served large portions.

I was in a separate building , which I already knew. However , I didn't expect it to be directly across from the hotel. My room was on the top floor , reached only by stairs. The room had wooden beams and columns that felt a bit awkward.

great choice excellent restaurant

I loved how close the hotel was to the Charles Bridge. It was super convenient. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of foods. The restaurant provided great food.
